Accepted insurance providers include: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Anthem, MHN, and Kaiser Permanente (Southern Ca).
What languages do you offer services in?
We currently work with clients in both English and Filipino.
What should I expect from my first session?
Your first session is designed to reaffirm that you are in control of your life and hold the key to your own recovery, whether you’re dealing with substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues. During this session, your therapist will get a better understanding of your goals and how you might achieve them.
What are some of the therapy methods you use?
We believe in tailoring our approach to the individual. We work to be culturally sensitive and recognize a holistic viewpoint.
Our team is familiar with many approaches, including: attachment-based, brainspotting, client centered therapy, coaching, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), EMDR, mindfulness-based, motivational interviewing, person-centered, Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), reality therapy, strength-based and trauma focused therapy.
What kinds of concerns can therapy address?
We meet you where you are. During therapy, we’ll address the concerns that you bring.
For some, that may mean: addiction, ADHD, alcohol use, aging, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, career counseling, child abuse or neglect, chronic illness, chronic pain, codependency, coping skills, depression, dissociative disorders, divorce, dual diagnosis, emotional disturbance, family conflict, gender identity, grief, impulse control, infidelity, life transitions, mood disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD), oppositional defiance, parenting, pregnancy, racial identity and trauma, relapse prevention, relationship issues, self esteem, sex therapy, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, women’s issues and more.
